1. Data We Collect

Account Data: If you create an account via Google or Apple, we receive from these services: your name (or username), your email address, and a unique identifier. If you play as a Guest, an anonymous identifier is generated without any direct identifying data.

Game Data: Your progression, score, answers, and leaderboard position.

Payment Data: If you make in-app purchases (non-consumable products), transactions are securely processed by Google Play Billing or Apple's App Store. We do not store your full banking information on our servers.

Technical and Usage Data: Via Firebase Analytics, we collect app usage data (screens viewed, actions performed, technical device and operating system information) for product improvement purposes.

Advertising Data: Advertisements displayed in the App are provided by Google AdMob, which may collect advertising identifiers and technical data according to its own privacy policy.

2. Data Hosting

The data described above is stored and processed via Firebase (Google). Google may host this data in various countries; please consult Firebase/Google's privacy policy for more details on the safeguards applicable to data transfers.

3. Why We Use This Data

To operate the App (saving progression, leaderboard);
To manage and validate in-app purchases made within the App;
To secure accounts and prevent fraud;
To understand app usage for improvements (Firebase Analytics);
To display advertisements that help fund the free nature of the App (AdMob).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. It is shared only with:

Google Firebase (hosting, authentication, analytics);
Google AdMob (advertising network);
Google Play / Apple App Store (payment and billing management);
Competent authorities, if required by law.

5. Minimum Age

Explore World is intended for users aged 13 or older. By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of digital majority in your country), the use of the App must be done with the consent of your parents or legal guardians.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us at the address indicated in Section 9 so that we can delete it.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your place of residence (particularly if you are in the European Union), you have rights regarding your personal data:

Right of access and rectification;
Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — also accessible directly via Settings → Delete my account;
Right to restriction of and objection to processing;
Right to data portability.

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. In the event of account deletion, your game and identification data are deleted, subject to data we must retain for legal or accounting obligations (in particular, purchase history).

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (via Firebase's secure infrastructure) to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

10. Changes to This Policy
